
PERIWINKLE PARTY POLICY
Booking Policy
​
Please call Ilse at 903-806-4749 to confirm availability and schedule your Periwinkle party.
​
A 50% Retainer is required at time of scheduling.
We accept retainer payments in the form of a check mailed to us, and the remaining balance paid in the form of a check or cash when we arrive at your event.
Payment instructions will be emailed when your party has been scheduled.

All retainer deposits are non-refundable, and non transferable.
​
Your Booked Party is written in our Periwinkle Planner, and confirmed once your Retainer is received.
Your booking will be held for 7 business days to allow for the check to arrive in the mail. If a retainer check is not received in that time frame, and no further communication is made, then the date and time will be made available to the next person to inquire.

A description of each party package we offer can be found on our Periwinkle Parties page, with a list of which animals attend each party. In some cases a substitution is needed (i.e. a small bunny instead of a Giant Rabbit) for the health and safety of our animals, as well as the people attending your event. No refunds will be issued in such cases, as we will make sure to bring the same number of animals to your event as is listed in the event description.​
Cancelation Policy
​
Parties must be cancelled no later than 72 hours before your scheduled party.
All Retainer deposits, which make up 50% of full payment, are non-refundable.

Parties can be rescheduled 1 time with notice given up to 5 business days prior to your scheduled party.
​
Rescheduled parties must be scheduled within 30 days of original party booking date, if dates are available.
​
Pony Party Waiver
​
All of our Pony Parties require a signed waiver for each child participating in the event.

PERIWINKLE PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANION POLICY
Booking Policy:

A 50% Retainer is required at time of scheduling, at which point your Photography Companion booking will be finalized.
Without payment, your scheduled time will not be held.

All retainer deposits are non-refundable.
​
*Periwinkle Farms animals will remain in the care of our Periwinkle Farms Staff during each photography session.
Cancelation Policy:

Photography Companions must be cancled no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.
​
Periwinkle Farms Photography Companion Bookings can be rescheduled 1 time with notice given up to 5 business days prior to your scheduled time.
Rescheduled bookings must be scheduled within 30 days of original date and time.
At this time we are mobile only, and do not offer an onsite location for our photography companion bookings.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
SALES AND REFUND POLICY
All payments are a sign of agreement to the sales and refund policy below.

Full payment or a specified deposit amount is required at the time you select your Periwinkle Farms Animal.
All sales are first come, first serve.
Payments are not transferable and non-refundable once received.
On the extremely rare occasion that your selected animal dies before pickup, I will either refund your money or give you the option to replace your selected animal with the same animal of the same cost.
Registration Papers and Pedigrees will be handed over only after the animal is paid for in full.
All Registration Papers and Pedigrees are correct and true to the best of my knowledge.
I will hold an animal for up to seven days once payment is received or they are of weaned age.
Any animal not picked up after the seven day period reverts back to property of Periwinkle Farms and is not eligible for refund. We are not a boarding facility.

I guarantee your selected animal is 100% healthy when they leave Periwinkle Farms. Once an animal leaves my sight, I cannot guarantee their health as it is the buyer's responsibility to see to proper care and housing.
SHIPPING
Periwinkle Farms does not ship animals, but does work with a couple door to door ground transport services.
For small animals, such as cavies, going on transport there is a $50 shipping fee at checkout to cover their travel cage and supplies.
Contact info for the transports we work with will be provided upon request, and/or once an order is received.
All transport arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the buyer.
Periwinkle Farms is not a Transport service.

Periwinkle Farms does offer local delivery to public locations. Delivery options are listed during the checkout process. We do not come directly to your personal private residence for the safety and protection of our family.
RETURN POLICY
Due to Bio-security Best Practices, I do not accept returns.
PAYMENT METHOD
Periwinkle Farms accepts payments through our website or In person Cash payments.
Checks are also accepted in select circumstances.
